I am a Film & Screen Media graduate from SMU. Inspired by my own teachers and lecturers, I have dreams of becoming a university lecturer for the same course in the future. However, before that I want to try my hand at related jobs within the film industry to strengthen my knowledge, experience and confidence before teaching the subject.It was inevitable that I'd end up studying Film as my dad, a cinephile, would watch numerous films on DVD and often take me to the cinema. Films are great for bringing people together and can create wonderful shared experiences with loved ones as everyone can appreciate the artistry that goes into filmmaking, whether it be the beautiful cinematography or the exciting choreographed action scenes. They also serve as great teachers because you'll always learn something new after watching a film! I love all these different aspects of film and I want to be part of that filmmaking process.
