Directed a capital expansion of the oncology inpatient unit and support facilities in 2018. • Delivered an operating income of $.7M ahead of budget and program expenses of 4.2% less than budget for the fiscal year ending June 2018. • Grew business to 52% of market against a nationally-recognized competitor in less than a year by developing a consumer-focused marketing strategy and increasing programmatic services. • Introduced evidence-based practice to achieve ongoing Commission on Cancer accreditation. Received the CoC’s Outstanding Achievement Award in 2010 for a program that was a complete turnaround in just over a year.
