Recruited to spin out and help build the leadership team and create all functions to form the stand lone company Rockport Group when the public parent company “Adidas” chose to divest the "brand".Instrumental in the development of the value capture plan to identify both value creative opportunities as well as risks. As part of my role, I led the Transformation office and drove teams to deliver against the strategic plan. Set up new supply chain and transitioning all existing global warehouses to new 3rd party distribution centers, able to relocate in time for shipping to resume on day 1 of Go-Live.Developed strategy to spearhead implementation of 14 new IT systems, including SAP S4 Hanna and Ecommerce Hybris & new POS systems in all retail stores in North America and new Product Lifecycle system.Pioneered all global office / showrooms moves on 3 continents, including the build out and move of all 220 staff to the new Global headquarters in Massachusetts.
