I joined Finite IT Recruitment as an Account Manager and worked in a large Client focussed team. As the Account Manager for Optus, I co-managed up to 400 contractors at any one time whist actively managing up to 100 contract and permanent live IT requirements.

I moved to Sydney and joined Accenture Ltd (formerly Anderson Consulting) in their IT Recruitment arm, Diversiti as a Communications Consultant. In this role I supported the NSW Sales Branch in an administration capacity to help consultants increase sales and reach financial targets. After just under a year of success in this role and a clear enthusiasm.
