Worked with Trafigura on a contractual basis in both Geneva and SingaporeKey responsibilities: • Using the PeopleFluent ATS to administer candidates through the graduate work flow, including initial CV screening• Recruiting for Analyst Level – Middle Office: Risk, Trade Finance and Operations (Commodity Logistics)• Responsible for conducting initial telephone screening calls• Contacting successful candidates/declining unsuccessful candidates• Selling roles from first point of contact to ensure successful closing• Responsible for management of global candidate logistics • Located in Geneva for several weeks to run first round assessment centres (locally and remotely for Singapore, Shanghai, Houston, Lima, Johannesburg and Stamford)• Assistance with the Junior Trader Assessment Programme from Singapore offices for first round interviews (locally and remotely for Singapore, Geneva and Houston)

This internship involved gaining an insight into both the clinical and research areas of science, with particular relevance to Rheumatology. This varied programme of work greatly improved my communication skills as well as efficiently working in the laboratories.
