My role at Mountain Scene involved managing the Administrative Duties and the Classified Section of this thriving weekly publication in Queenstown. Key duties included but were not limited to - End of Month, MYOB processing of payments, weekly reconciliation reports for revenue purposes, using InDesign for creative, managing distribution of the publication.

This role involved, customer service, support to the agents, allocating inquiries to correct agents, administration duties, and looking after all long term rental inquiries this included uploading property profiles online.

In this role I was responsible for maintaining relationships and securing new clients through cold calling, and arranging face to face meetings. I managed clients from various industries from small businesses to large corporate organisations with a large advertising spend.
