Human Resources Advisor
Current• Provide the Centurion Leadership team with coaching and mentoring that fosters a positive,high-performing and safe culture• Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective influencing and collaborative working relations• Execute HR strategies and operational service delivery across the full suite of HR functions, including but not limited to: performance management, onboarding and inductions, workforce planning, training and development• Encourage employee engagement, culture, processes/systems, leadership capability• Maintain best HR practices to support change, growth and governance of all relevant HR policies and procedures• Provide support, counsel and advice to managers regarding underperformance, misconduct, disciplinary action and dismissals• End to end management of workplace investigations and grievance resolution • Interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Contracts, providing advice to Company stakeholders accordance with company policies and procedures
