Finding the necessary ways to solve blockers in cross-working groups, facilitating meetings, writing regulations for working with BA (TO-BE processes). 2) Searching for ways of automation both when interacting with external stakeholders and within the company. Collecting requirements through studying the processes of departments, interviews with key stakeholders, studying processes, coordinating work with other departments in cross-cutting tasks. 3) Creation of project documentation: a) Creation of a business concept of the project for the approval of the main tasks and results, during the implementation of the project, by the leaders of the Company. b) Preliminary description of processes in block diagrams (BPMN elements), writing BRD for subsequent joint work with BA on terms of reference for the project. Work on creating data aggregation requirements for project statistics. c) Maintaining the project structure and plan in Confluence, as well as assigning and working on tasks using task managers (Jira, Bitrix).4) Setting tasks for obtaining statistical information in PowerBI for the analysis of indicators (both before and after the implementation of the project).
