• Key Middle Eastern Resource involved in the Technical, Legal, Commercial and Financial aspects of bidding for various sectors of the business such as Operations,Property, Infrastructure, Water & Environment focused primarily on the Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia Markets.• Preparing bids for new business with an acute understanding of cost, time, resources, risk and operations.• Resource Planning and Project Summary Report (PSR) monitoring, analysis, and forecast using JDE, CP, Enterprise Advantage, etc.

• Site supervision, strategic client and project management, quality control and handover of different phases of the $4 billion award winning Durrat Al- Bahrain – a 21 sq.km mixed use development in Bahrain. The project consists of 1046 luxury villas, a marina, golf course and other residential, commercial and infrastructure developments across 15 ‘necklace’ shaped man made islands

• Responsible for preparing Architectural Concepts Design and Presentation, Preparation of detailed design and Inter-discipline co-ordination for Atkins Bahrain office.• Preparation and co-ordination of concept/preliminary/tender/construction drawing packages, schedules & specifications for Contract implementation and Authority submissions• Key experience in leadership and co-ordination of multicultural, cross discipline functions, including offshore teams.• Experience in several award winning Residential, Mixed Use, Industrial, Institutional and Commercial projects.• Experience in contract and client management.

• Project Architect and Team Leader for a contemporary boudesign studio in Bangalore, India. • Responsibility includes preparing Architectural Concept drawings, Detailed Drawings, Client meetings, Inter-disciplinary co-ordination and site supervision for Bangalore office.
