After successfully completing my internship with Telclic I accepted an offer to continue working as a part-time Junior DevOps Engineer during my final year of studies.My responsibilities stayed the same and I took on additional tasks to get better acquainted with the Tech Stack used by Telclic.

Hands-on experience in DevOps practices within a real-world environment. Working with wider engineering team across Dublin, Ukraine and Brazil to solve problems.Accomplishments:- Updated Jenkins instance to support an updated Java version, along with removing plugins with security vulnerabilities and remedying any deprecated plugins with alternatives.- Implemented a SonarQube server instance for static code analysis as part of the Jenkins pipeline.- Enhanced Wazuh logging capabilities by implementing custom decoders and rules for various internal services.Responsibilities:- Collaborating with senior engineers to support and enhance the cloud infrastructure.- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated deployment pipelines.- Contribute to the configuration and management of monitoring and alerting systems.- Participate in troubleshooting and testing of our software products.- Contribute to documentation efforts to ensure the availability of comprehensive system documentation.
