The National Working Group for Youth Work was created by the order of the Minister of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Global Organization for Development is a non-governmental organization established on February 11, 2009 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Main aims of the organization are youth empowerment and development of civil society.Some of the initiatives of the NGO implemented under my leadership are:➢ Partnering and implemented 81 Erasmus + projects for 3 years➢ National campaign “Youth Vote”;➢ G.O.D. supported and participated in Choice Box- an initiative of the information strategy of the European parliament;➢ G.O.D. was one of the initiators and co-organizers of the Global Anti-AIDS campaign;➢ Project for multiplication of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung second PRINCE project “Get on board! Mobilizing young leaders to support the EU enlargement process towards the Western Balkans” in Bulgaria;➢ An original project - “Let’s Return to Bulgarian Traditions”- financed by the Sofia Municipal Council;➢ Public lectures of Bulgarian Prime minister, Ambassadors (U.S.A., Japan, Germany), Foreign Service Representatives, Drug Enforcement Administration Retired Agent (DEA) (USA) and Commander of the Joint Special Operations Command;➢ First International Creative Leadership Academy- Key lecturer was professor Frank Prochaska, US President Award Holder;➢ Friedman Legacy Day 2016; ➢ 6 campaigns for tolerance and equality about LGBTQI and against homophobiaSince 2019 G.O.D. assist the Sovereign Order of Malta during the Covid-19 pandemic. G.O.D. created and administer few groups and pages dedicated on educational and career opportunities content with more than 135 000 members and subscribers in social media from more than 100 countries. G.O.D. is a Member of the Community Advisory Boards to the Minister of Foreign Affairs (since 2013) and to the Minister of Youth and Sports (since 2019) National Working Group for Youth Work (since 2022) in the Republic of Bulgaria.G.O.D. was awarded with plaque by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Bulgaria in 2021.

Youth Triumph is a web based world platform for youth educational and career opportunities around the globe. After more than 10 years experience in variety of young projects, specializations and participation in Summits I accumulate lots of information for youth opportunities around the globe. I realized that there is not such a place in internet that presents this useful and well-structured information about youth.The current version of Youth Triumph is beta. It was visited by people from 160 countries from 195 sovereign countries around the globe during the third month after being launched.This beta version was launched after tests in social medias, especially Facebook. Up to Nov.. 2020 all my Facebook groups and pages dedicated for sharing youth educational and career opportunities are more than 116 000 people and they are growing rapidly.Enter the world of trainings, scholarships, fellowships, internships and grants with us!

I am managing the overall process about the Academy. Also I was one of the lecturers at the event. Key lecturer was the US White House Presidential Award Holder, former Air Force officer and Chair of Management- Emeritus at Colorado Technical University (USA)- Professor Frank Prochaska. The Academy is a premier training for those who would like to change the paradigm of leadership, to think out of the box and to be more productive.Creative Leadership is a methodology that was developed by Professor Frank Prochaska (USA) over the last 30 years in his work as a university professor, lecturer and consultant to Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, universities, small high- tech international start-ups, and international schools of political studies.

Community Advisory Board to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Republic of Bulgaria

FutureLab Europe is a programme for ambitious young European professionals implementing civic projects aimed at fostering active citizenship across Europe.At the Advisory Group I am acting as a Communication Adviser.

FutureLab Europe is a cooperative project among 10 European foundations represented in the European Alliance for Democratic Citizenship, affiliated to the Network of European Foundations and initiated by the Körber Foundation. It is operated by the European Policy Centre. Futurelab Europe aim was to empower the young voices in Europe.As a FutureLab Europe member, I participated in several conferences with high level speakers/policy makers from EU institutions like Cecilia Malmström (European Commissioner for Home Affairs from 2010 to 2014) and Joaquín Almunia (European Commissioner for Competition from 2010 to 2014) etc. I participated in the First and the Second Berlin Foreign Policy Forum and published research articles.Since 2011, FutureLab Europe has made the voices of young and bright Europeans heard. As part of this endeavour, FutureLab Europe created a network of almost 150 participants from all over Europe, implemented 10 civic projects, issued publications and debated the most prominent topics on the European agenda.

As a Member of the National Preparatory Committee of Republic of Bulgaria for the 19-th World Festival of Youth and Students I had lots of duties. Among them were: selection of members of the Bulgarian delegation, assistance in the overall coordination of the Bulgarian delegation and communication about visa issues with the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sofia, Bulgaria and communication with the Russian organizers of the Festival.19-th World Festival of Youth and Students gathered more than 25 000 young people from 180 countries in Sochi, Russia in the period Oct. 14-22, 2017.

Brief Description of NATO Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (NATO CMDR COE):Our main objective and principle raison d’étre is to support and contribute to the enhancement of NATO’s crisis management and disaster response capabilities, and as a corollary –  to improve the Alliance’s interoperability.  Our education and training activities, research and analyses, concept and doctrine development, experimentation, and lessons-learned make up the Centre’s operational toolkit specifically tailored to achieving the afore-mentioned objective. Maintaining our stand as an indispensable expertise and advice provider in the field of crisis management and disaster response is a top priority, and our essential success indicators are the ability to establish and foster collaborative partnerships.   The CMDR COE acts upon Requests for Support (RFS). The gradual but steady increase in the number of RFS from NATO and from the Centre’s Sponsoring and Framework Nations bears testimony to the CMDR COE’s determination and capability to firmly cement its position at the forefront of research and development on crisis management and disaster response. We believe in an inclusive, transformative and capable crisis management and disaster response and strive to provide, particularly through constructive partnerships, opportunities for a collaborative collective approach. To anticipate the future means preparing to meet tomorrow’s challenges today.
