Responsible for the initial setup, maintenance and staff training of a brand-new Intranet site that Drug Information Specialists could use to as a knowledge base. Had no prior experience of these IT systems before embarking on this project and was presented with an employee award after the project went live. Received an Employee Award for my contribution towards the success this project.Promoted from Drug Information Coordinator to Team Leader and took responsibility for streamlining the processes in the office systems team, improving workflow and as a direct result was able to reduce costs for the company.
