Overseeing the smooth running of the stables. Daily schooling and exercising of the horses on Borana Wildlife Conservancy, ensuring the well-being of both the horses and riders over rough terrain and around wild animals. Supply stock checks, managing deliveries and petty cash relied on me being extremely thorough to make sure there were no discrepancies.

Domestic duties within the chalet developed my organization and teamwork skills, as well as my eye for detail. My customer service skills were strengthened through the hosting of guests at meal times. Additionally, I cooked meals for the adults and children, whereby my preparation, presentation and problem-solving skills were all crucial. My leadership skills were significantly bolstered through client ski guiding.

My role was to take responsibility for the welfare of all the horses, along with the health and safety of the clients. This involved attention to detail to ensure the best possible experience for the clients. In this position communication was the key to success.
