A curious and considered leader with extensive experience in supporting people and process initiatives within teams. Starting my career at Melbourne University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I’ve since completed an ICF accredited Certificate of Life Coaching through the BYCA, a CA accredited Certificate of Leader-coaching through KPMG Australia and the PRINCE2 accredited course in Project Management.I’ve been an Executive Assistant to numerous Executives across known corporate organisations. Supporting and leading across large dynamic teams and business initiatives, and creating meaningful connections between people, systems and processes. In 2022 I became a leader in my field, guiding and supporting a group of 25+ Assistants at KPMG through their hiring into the firm, contracts, career progression, learning and development, and day to day matters.
