I sat on the Board of Directors for Northwood Schools, to govern a group of independent schools educating ~900 students aged 4-16 in S.W. London.Key Achievements:- Redefined strategy to consider, then implement, expansion with a new senior school- Advised on hiring process for group CEO, a new role within the organisation

As a consultant at IQVIA, I project managed multiple high value projects, resulting in high client satisfaction and follow-on work.While managing various teams and in my role as Junior Representative, I provided mentoring and training, and worked closely with senior leadership to further develop the team culture.Key Achievements:- Designed and implemented successful go-to-market strategy for transformational pharmaceutical product, resulting in follow-on work for separate indication- Received perfect score from multiple client engagements

As an associate at Prescient Healthcare Group, I worked directly with Pharmaceutical company clients to gather competitive insights, conducted analyses and developed strategic recommendations across multiple products and disease areas. This involved attending medical conferences, conducting market analysis and diverse stakeholder management.

As Appeal Director at NAEF, I was accountable for a wide range of roles and developed a diverse skill set. I was awarded great responsibility within the organisation and gained exposure to fundamental business principals.Key Achievements:- Reported directly to the board of Trustees (including responsibility for basic bookkeeping and charity finances)- Developed a fundraising business plan, and delivered it to potential benefactors and high net worth individuals- Developed and managed the child sponsorship scheme, bringing in > £100K p.a.- Redesigned the foundation's website- Travelled to the charity school in Ethiopia on numerous occasions to oversee development projects on site, including implementing the summer nutrition program for the students and their families- Led recruitment, both for the Ethiopia site and the London office

Investigated post-mortem Multiple Sclerosis brain tissue.Throughout my time in the lab I gained a better understanding of, and respect for, medical research, and was exposed to a range of research techniques including Immunohistochemistry and microscopy.This research has been submitted for publication and has been accepted for platform presentation at the Association of British Neurologists, in addition to the American Academy of Neurology.

Insight into various areas of the company including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and sales. I was exposed to basic fund management principles and was given the opportunity to develop a project to build a social media presence for the company.
