Part of a 3 year Organisational digital transformation strategy team to delivery M365, Teams and a full data migration to SharePoint. I was embedded into the IT PMO as part of a project team. Year 1 involved the planning, scoping and rollout of M365 and Teams with accompanying org wide training strategy, procurement and delivery. Year 2 involved the scoping, identification and migration of relevant data from old network drives to Teams and SharePoint via 3rd party migration tools. I led the migration stream end to end with scoping, planning, testing and delivery with a cross functional team of both BAU and permanent resources - we achieved every milestone on time and budget.

hange Project in the ECE moving 300+ people across multiple directorates to new offices.Responsible for change strategy & roll out working with multiple teams across the ECE and wider DOE. Developing dedicated internal intranet site and various communications avenues (video, mailboxes, all staff meetings etc) to ensure staff felt supported and well informed about the move. Worked closely with multiple stakeholders across the DOE to deliver core strategy and communications quickly and effectively. Created staff training programs and co-ordinated all aspects of the overall project to deliver on agreed outcomes.

Change Project in the Department of Education moving to new offices. Change involved cultural shift to new flexible ways of working and outcome based management. Development of project timeline with appropriate milestones to ensure all staff prepared for move. Worked with Directors for both DOE Audit and Change Executive to ensure positive cultural and behavioural shift, uplift in understanding of new technologies and ways of working and upskill in competency in said tech. Development and roll out of all Change Communications. Development of behavioural protocols associated with new technology and roll out of training to adopt them.
