Responsible for leading the Supply Chain function for the UK - across Planning (Supply, Demand & NPD), Logistics, Customer Service and Data & Systems functions. Line management (4 direct reports) & team leadership (Supply Chain team of 12).

Leading the Supply Chain Operations for RXBAR's launch into the UK & Europe - a Kellogg's Brand. Role ended due to redundancy, based on Kellogg's North America's decision to pull the brand out of UK & Europe. - Cost-optimisation of product & supply chain- including renegotiating pricing structure with contract manufacturing partner, annual contracting with raw material suppliers and re-configuring network - Launch of range (both current + NPD) into major UK retail partners and geographical expansion into a number of European export markets - Tender & on-boarding new 3PL partner, able to span both parcel & pallet deliveries in the UK + Europe - Ensuring quality & safety adherence to UK + EU legislation (product & packaging) for current + new SKUs - Supporting key areas of cross-functional business- finance (e.g. cashflow modelling), tax (e.g. zero-rated project), IT (EDI & automation of platforms / systems) export (tax, duty & documentation) & sales (S&OP) - Partnered with Senior Executive Team (VPs / SVPs) in the US to ensure cross-alignment & synergy

Key project work to date includes: - End-to-End Supply Chain evaluation & change implementation - across pillars of quality, service & cost - Delivering SKU-level analysis of end-to-end supply chain costs and profitability - Scenario modelling of various Supply Chain network situations, including the impact of moving of production from out-sourced to internally owned, and relocating manufacture to be "close-to-market" rather than "close-to-supply" - Excel-based solutions to inventory management & forecasting - Automation of eCommerce & Amazon fulfilment operation

6-month interim role as Operations Director, optimising the Supply Chain function across key pillars of quality, service & cost.

Responsible for leading the Operations team - both manufacturing and supply-chain. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee and manage all outsourced manufacturing and 3PL relationships - Manage all technical product processes in line with protection and documentation - Design and develop the customer service strategy in line with growth - Build S&OP processes to accurately forecast customer demand and reduce inventory in line with business expansion plans - Develop risk strategy in line with Manufacturing and Distribution capability - Develop innovative cost reduction programmes across the end to end operation without compromising product quality or service levels - Manage and develop the internal team - Develop the infrastructure and capability to meet the international growth objectives - including Technology and system design – e.g PO system; CRM; modelling / macro building for efficiencies & overseeing reporting and building easier models or spreadsheets to allow for more efficient reporting.

- Promoted in-role to Senior Manager, after 15 months with the LEGO group- European SIP (Supply & Inventory Planning) Lead for S&OP - inputting on behalf of European Manufacturing to Global process- European SIP Lead for Inventory & Finished Goods stock coverage (Europe and Asia markets) - Driving the medium term production plan & capacity settings in manufacturing- Optimisation of supply/demand balance at item level, driving continuous improvement in market insight, forecasting, and supply side responses- Driving communication toward the markets regarding availability provided by supply side and communication toward the manufacturing sites regarding market needs.- Ownership of core KPIs for European Supply - including Stock Turns & Total Finished Goods Inventory Value- 2016 Key Projects: -> Supply Sourcing Strategy (inc. agility & responsiveness) - accelerating the ability for LEGO to response to consumer demand changes -> Inventory Management Optimisation - challenging what "good looks like" in total FG levels in EMEA. To provide optimal service to EMEA + APAC markets and programme managing the initiatives to improve visibility & management of FG stock levels

- Manage innocent's End-To-End supply chain analysis programme – identify & deliver high-value cost saving opportunities across the supply-side of the business- Delivered on-track performance to achieve cumulative £3m annual savings in cost-of-goods sold by 2016- Delivered cost savings projects in H1 2014 to save the business approximately £700k annually to bottom line costs- To hold accountability and responsibility for the delivery of a defined set of projects to an agreed timescale. This work includes the management of our key inputters to projects and when required external experts (including both UK and European supply partners)- Key link between Supply Finance and Supply teams at innocent - managing a number of cross-functional cost-savings projects - Input into innocent's long-term strategy, including planning introduction of culture of Operational Excellence into innocent's supply teams- Key skill set including: Project Management, Leadership, Business Judgement, Communication, Stakeholder management, Analytics, Internal Consulting

- Own the planning of 35 SKUs’ daily & weekly production planning on a product range growing at 600% Y-O-Y- Manage the performance of 2 UK production sites – delivering weekly and monthly KPI reviews and working on ongoing improvement and NPD projects- Design of new supply chain network solution for 2013 – 2016 to deliver the capacity required to fulfill category-leading European demand base, initially including the commissioning of 2 new high speed juice filling lines - Demand-side inputter to S&OP process - planning the medium to long term capacity planning of UK & International juice sales - Sustainability manager for all UK juice production sites- Close work with both the forecasting and procurement teams – being the main link between these teams and our production teams with regards to raw material supply - Design and deliver the high-level Microsoft Excel training program to fellow employees at all levels of the business

- Management of £70m annual spend on raw materials (fruit ingredients)- Control of £9m working capital item on balance sheet – the single largest such item on company balance sheet- Owner of a number of 3PL relationships with transport providers in UK and across Europe and supply manage approx. 20 raw material suppliers. Set, record and manage KPIs with suppliers across various time horizons- Designed and implemented new (excel-based) inventory management system in 2011 – delivering a £5m saving in annual ingredients spend and reducing working capital by circa £1m- Delivered logistics and raw-material supply solution for the installation of 2 new lines at UK factory to deliver company’s biggest ever NPD launch – the largest FMCG launch in the UK in 2011

The innocent foundation focuses on two specific goals - to stop children dying of hunger and to help the poorest families feed themselves.Since 2004, the foundation has worked with incredible charities all over the world, giving £5.2m to 73 projects which have reached 800,000 hungry people. This work won't stop until hunger is gone for good. The guardians are innocent employees who volunteer their time to work with our charity partners and keep other innocent employees updated about the foundation’s work. 108 innocent employees have volunteered as foundation guardians since we began in 2004.
