Responsibilities:• Co-ordinate whole of University Project from within the Division of Teaching and Learning• Liaise with Project Officer (Acting Director Teaching and Learning) and Project Consultant• Co-ordinate Steering Committee – includes correspondence, publishing agendas, preparing minutes• Inform Literature Review and edit final document• Research exemplars of best practice of Inclusive Education in Australian and International Universities• Research with view to informing the development of an Inclusive Education tool kit for SCU (published end 2014)

Responsibilities:• Prepare subject outlines including planning content and designing assessment items and marking criteria (constructive alignment and authenticity)• Prepare and deliver lectures and tutorials (principles of outcomes based education and student centred instruction)• Manage on-line subject sites for distance education cohorts• Mentor students re subject completion and welfare issues• Liaise with other university staff to ensure needs of students are met• Attend professional development opportunities such as training and conferences
