The research was set in the context of labor market participation for disabled youths between the ages of 16 through 25. By exploring various literature, theories, (international and local) policies and interviewing active participants, I was able to create a conceptual model for the Haeghe Groep. This model, namely Social Methodical Personal and Career Development Approach (SMPCD-Approach), is a manner of work which would first eliminate the personal factors that the disabledyouths are faced with. By incorporating personal development, the SMPCD-approachwould stimulate the disabled youths to form a positive and healthy self-concept of whothey are and what they can do beyond their disability. The research was concluded with a research and advice report, whereby the Haeghe Groep would take into consideration testing the approach in practice. Het produceren, ontwikkelen, organiseren en uitvoeren van het Your Stage project. Een multi-kunst disciplinaire project, die zich houden met cultuur- en kunstparticipatie onder de jongeren rondom Den Haag.
