Responsibilities and main activities: ▪ Reconciliation and verification of account receivables/payables (customers/suppliers) & closing balances ▪ Control of cash receipts, payments and bank transactions & reconciliation of bank statements▪ Preparation, control and support of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial, cash-flow and management reports▪ Monitoring, entry and reporting of daily sales data▪ Control and management of company petty cash▪ Control, posting and archiving of statements and journal entries in company accounts & records ▪ Bookkeeping of company records (journal & general ledger)▪ Preparation, tracking and estimation of tax payments and returns (VAT - VIES, Intrastat, withholding taxes etc.)▪ Preparation, manage and completion of various tasks between company and public sector or other private companies▪ Assisting in and performing month-end and year-end closing processes
