I am an appointed Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS) professor with over 100 hours of lecturing in junior, intermediate, and senior classes (from Corporals to Captains) in 'Auditing of the Supply-Chain Management' and 'Internal Auditing Procedures'. As I am fond of saying 'Education is my passion', so this is one of my favorite side positions. I've also prepared 6 webinars approved by HAGS for distance learning during the COVID period.

• Gathering information for the status of each employee (over 11.000)• Calculating the correct amount incorporating reimbursements, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of an integrated system to the main payroll counterpart• GDPR management• Consulting on payroll and pensions• Administering statements of payment and other relevant documents to personnel for any legal use• Preparing reports and supporting documents for the 6th Expenditure Auditing Service• During my tenure, my department discovered a lack of information flow between the payroll system and the general information system due to false registration/reporting from the users and managed to manually resolve it with reversal registrations for 200 beneficiaries

Main:• Bookkeeping and reporting for the biggest Central Army Fund in Greece regarding workload• Responsible for the monthly management of treasury (1 million euros in cash and 1.5 in bank accounts at the 4 major banks in Greece)• Intermediate ratifier for execution of payments for public expenditures of any kind• Everyday consultation, delegation of tasks, encouragement, etc as the team leader of five people • During my tenure, our department successfully absorbed the whole workload of the Peloponnese Fund without acquiring any additional Human ResourcesSecondary: Conscription ManagerResponsible for the military levy of the unit in case of war. During my tenure, I created from zero the whole conscription plan of the unit in case of war. I was also in charge of all the classified correspondence regarding conscription procedures and applied any necessary updates.
