I am an organized, self-motivated manager that thrives in an environment focused on value creation. I am inherently optimistic and enjoy the thrill of creative problem solving whether individually or in groups.I fell in love with commercial property management in 2006 when I was sent on a property administrator assignment by the temp agency I was working for, one of two jobs I held while returning to college to finish my degree. I loved the fast-paced environment and the variety of aspects of the field, from tenant relations to accounting and interfacing with the engineering team. I have a collaborative management style, seeking input from all stakeholders, especially those closest to the work to create executable plans that produce superior results. I lead by example to create a safe environment where open and honest communication is valued. I will be the first to admit to making a mistake and share lessons learned so that the entire team benefits from the experience. I constantly look for opportunities to better meet organizational goals, from more consistent rent collection and producing thoughtful and accurate budgets to delivering excellent service to clients and tenants and everything in between and adjacent.I am not afraid of taking on big projects and big ideas. Bring on capital projects, bring on software conversion, bring on due diligence! My ardent curiosity drives me to accept and meet new challenges.
