CurrentManaging IT Operations (including communications, ECR systems, applications, database's and IT Service Help Desk.Project planning - explain implications of changes to project scope and objectives to the project team and prioritize the tasks;Project communication - communicate progress, risks, expectations, time lines and other key project metrics to team members;Resource management - determine resource requirements of projects, based on project specifications;Preparing legally and technically, gas station ECR systems for Bulgarian Certification.Documental preparation and following up the whole certification process.Preparing and Supporting the roll-out of new applications.Testing and verifying Fuel Sales applications and systems.Creating and writing test plans, test cases and test notes.Tracking and reporting the life cycle of identified bugs. Following up with each case.Providing technical support to company products. Identifying and debugging various problems for customers and developers.Ensure the proper functioning of the IT Infrastructure and track task streams and distribution, ensure high quality operational activities, identify and propose areas for operational improvements, create new and review existing processes and procedures.
