Construction activities at the apron of Burgas Airport. Two parts for execution - Stage 1 and Stage 2.

- Support the team in the assembly of MB and SB- Checking quality of the executed MB and SB

Oversee the construction project from start to finish- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed- Create the teams, develop the objectives of each and assign individual responsibilities- Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project- Monitor the process of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams- Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards- Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined scheduleMain Projects: 3AF31015 – provides extension and modifying of the runway, drainage system, new runway pavements, lighting, navigation and communication systems.3AF31016 – includes provision of a taxiway, two parking platforms for strategic and transport C-5/C-17 and C-130 airplanes (with concrete pavement), lighting system, pavement markings and cable electrical network.3AF31017 – provides a “Hot Cargo” apron for a transient stay of C-5/C-17 transport airplanes with a possibility of loading/unloading and disposal of one same type airplane. Lighting system, markings, cable electrical network and berm revetment.Value: 30 Million Euro

- Represent the company during the one year warranty period - Assume duties of the Project Manager when not available - Attend Final Contract Trials as the Warranty representative- Manage site repairs with Subcontractors- Support meetings with customers ( USACE, KBR) and lead the correspondence with them - Responsible for discern between warranty/non-warranty issues- Conduct 4 and 9-month on-site inspections to ensure conformance with accepted documents and needs- Coordinate and conduct repairs and report the progress during weekly warranty meetings

- Responsible for civil works on the construction site – heavy duty roads, hard stands - Responsible for construction of Fuel station (2 tanks x 700 m3) - Responsible for construction of WWTP (waste water treatment plant) - Supervision of the work on the site - Calculation of the earth works during the excavations and backfilling activities

- Responsible for Civil Works Projects at Burgas Airport and Varna Airport - Control, checking and signing of documents during working period - Correspondence and negotiations with Contractors - Supervision of the work on the site - Calculation of quantities for payments according to the contracts

- Coordination of Documents and Construction Activities on the Site.- Assisting of work of Manager Staff for the Project - Investigation, Correspondence, Negotiations and Contracts with Subcontractors- Issue and control of all documents, according to Bulgarian Legislation and Construction work on site- Calculation of quantities for Monthly Payment

- Representative of the Investor Platinum Developments LTD on the site in Pomorie,Bulgaria- Supervision of Backfilling and Pavement works on the Site- Geodetic Measurements- Checking Quantities of Backfilling and Pavement works for every Payment - Preparing all necessary documentation for Independent Control and Municipality- Quantities and Payments of Subcontractors- Negotiation with main subcontractors

- Supervision of the works of the subcontractors for pavement works- Design of roads and pavement- Verifying that work is incompliance with Contract, handling non-compliance works- Preparing all necessary documentation for Handing Over- Quantities of dredging works- Quantities of excavation works

- Generation and production of shop drawings/working drawings based on the contract drawings- Assures that all required working drawings and documentation are produced to M.A. Al-Kharafi and Admak Joint Venture and consultant/client requirements- Interfacing with Engineers, Drafting and Construction- Issue Approved drawings to the Senior Constructor Engineer/Site Engineer to follow- Maintains an accurate Drawing register- Insures that all drawings are reviewed and checked- Create 3 Dimensional view of the site- Calculation of quantities of excavation work

- To prepare projects in General Layout, Vertical Alignment, Road, Railway for Civil needs and factory- To prepare drawings with future road direction- To prepare longitudinal profiles, existing levels and levels for future constructions- To prepare technical requirement or technical specification for equipment of objects- To take part of approval of projects- Leader of temporary specialists team from part “General layout and Transport” when prepared tender and shop drawings- To make supervision, when project is doing- Assist head of department for control of quality and observing of deadline- To organise system for automatic of project works, including save and archive of data base, projects and text materials- To organise date base from normative, useful and reference documents
