Responsible for long-term vision and strategy execution of the global newspaper distribution systems, including building the web and mobile platforms for the FT Digital Edition.The goal of the Newspaper Distribution team is to modernize the infrastructure that manages the printing and physical delivery of the iconic FT pink newspaper around the globe. This includes migration from an old legacy system to a service distributed platform and ways of optimizing the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to increase circulation numbers. The FT Digital Edition is an online replica of the physical newspaper. We took an old product and built it up for 21st century, including a mobile application with features such as translation, audio listening of articles and offline reading.

Mainly helped rebuilding the B2B retail platform by making it a standalone system, whilst integrating to a new ERP system.While at On I helped initiate, launch and scale a product assortment management service for easy and intuitive creation of customized customer catalogues.Amongst other things I was also responsible for prioritizing development backlog according to stakeholder needs together with an engineering team.

As a start at Zalando I helped optimize the purchase-to-pay flow over EDI. That included:- Account management of onboarded vendors, including few of the biggest partners.- Support of the roll-out of the new electronic invoice for Zalando SE reaching more than 70% automated invoice volume.
