I build digital products and services, leading processes and teams in development, design and content production across the Scandinavian market. Currently, I am Product Manager for higher education at Universitetsforlaget and Aschehoug. Here, I am responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of a new digital publishing platform for educational resources. Previously, I have worked as Head of digital services at SJ Norge, with responsibility for the development of a their commercial digital channels on mobile and web, as well as supplier relations for their back-end infrastructure. I have also worked as Product Manager at e-Boks, in Copenhagen, Denmark, with responsibility for the development of an international dispatch service for the SMB-market, as well as the Norwegian version of e-Boks' digital post suite. Other recent experience includes the founding of technology consultancy :gred, and leading the design and development of the web site Store norske leksikon (snl.no), Here, I oversaw the site's threefold increase in user numbers and sixfold increase in contributor numbers, from 2012-2017. My background is from research and communication, with a PhD in linguistics from the University of Oslo and an MA from University College London. I am a published writer of two books on language and numerous articles, as well as an experienced public speaker.
