Georg Sauter is Co-Founder & CEO of OutOfOffice. In their venues OutOfOffice could already host most of Germany’s DAX-30 members and leading Tech Companies from Silicon Valley next to many start-ups. It’s exceptional design has been featured on world’s leading architectural sites like ArchDaily or domus and rewarded by IFA Design Award in Interior Architecture. It has been covered by Germany’s leading news and business sites like Wirtschaftswoche, Manager Magazin and spiegel.de. Before that in 2012 he founded the start-up Sturmfreie Bude in Hamburg as innovative concept for meeting and workshop venues. Prior to jumping into entrepreneurship all-the-way Georg was Global Marketing Director at Unilever and responsible for incubating new business models for it’s Refreshment Category. With his team he led Unilever’s global Retail Business (Ice Cream) with 400 outlets in 10 countries and worked closely with Unilever Ventures to engage and partner with innovative start-ups.Before that Georg held several local, European and Global Marketing roles at the forefront of Unilever’s transformation from a local to a truly global Marketing company. His campaign 2010 for Magnum was launched in 50 countries globally and won the Unilever-internal award as 'Best Marketing Campaign of the Year'. Before starting OutOfOffice Georg in an interim role as Brand Director at Carlsberg helped to turn around their German business transforming his brand portfolio from loss making to strong, profitable growth and winning a Gold-Effie with Germany’s cult brand ‘Astra’ in 2015.Georg was born in Germany and with his Italian wife and two kids divides his time between Munich and South of Italy.
