Currently, as a Senior Geospatial Analyst, I am supporting a mission for J2 at Offutt Air Force Base.I am one of the administrators for the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Server Advanced, Portal for ArcGIS, GeoEvent Server and for the SQL Server ESRI Geodatabase.I manage geospatial content, create new maps and overlays, implement ArcGIS Story Maps and Dashboards.Finally, as a member of the Future Technologies team, I participate in the review and recommendations of future capabilities.

As the FSR I was responsible for installing, trouble shooting, updating, patching, configuring and supporting Information Assurance (IA) of the Remote Ground Terminal (RGT). The RGT is a portable, direct-downlink tactical ground systems that downloads MAXAR imagery.The RGT uses a 2.4-meter GATR antenna and a commercial common imagery processor to process the imagery into standard National Geospatial Agency (NGA) formats such as NITF or SICD. This imagery was used to support the IC mission.The system hardware included: Dell Server 2450, Quantum Mission Receiver; Network Time Protocol Server and Cisco Catalyst 3560X-24T-S Switch and Windows 10 laptops.The software included, VMware EsXI version 6, 2 RHEL 6 Linux servers and 2 Windows 2012 R2 servers, Oracle 12g and proprietary system software.

As the DBA for the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) I maintained both the Oracle 11g and SQLServer 2010 relational database management systems.This included the installation, updating, patching, configuring, modifying, coding/scripting, maintaining/managing, and ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the systems.

Successfully completed the contract for the European Command Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems Enterprise ArcServer (E-BEARS) and the United States Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (US BICES): An integral part of the IC Mission supporting both the US and NATO partners.My responsibilities included gathering US EUCOM theater-wide customer requirements, installed, configured and maintained the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Server Advanced and Portal for ArcGIS to meet customer requirements. Managed geospatial content, created new maps and overlays, implemented ArcGIS Story Maps and Dashboards. Maintained ESXi Virtual Machine infrastructure and Windows 2008 R2 Server. I managed geospatial content, created new maps and overlays, implemented ArcGIS Story Maps and Dashboards including the use of the Ground-Warfighter Geospatial Data Model (GGDM) for mobility studies.I also insured that the Information Assurance security requirements were checked, maintained and documented.

Successfully gathered requirements for new GeoBase functionality and system improvements, set priorities for development, including the Civil Engineering map viewer and dashboard, modified and configured GeoBase map viewers using Java Script, created and managed web services for GeoBase map viewers, managed Oracle ArcGIS Enterprise Geospatial databases, upgraded ArcGIS portal implementation, reviewed existing geospatial database standards and created an implementation plan for recommended database improvements, ArcGIS training.

As a National Geospatial College certified Instructor, my responsibilities included the effective instruction and course maintenance of the Introduction to ArcGIS class, while preparing to teach Intermediate ArcGIS and ArcGIS Geodatabase.

Managing a team of 11 Geospatial Analysts my responsibilities included the on-time delivery of all information management products; both hard copy and dashboard based, to our client, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), within the Office of Cyber and Infrastructure Analysis (OCIA). In this capacity I reviewed, recommended and implemented geospatial database standards and improvements, refinements to production cartographic templates and styles, story map templates for ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Dashboard for Portal using HTML and Java Script, Created and managed web services for ArcGIS Portal, Managed Drupal 7 website development, User Interface design with Balsamiq.

Successfully managed the project scope, quality, timelines and on time delivery of the geospatial deliverables for Geospatial Module of a Geospatial Enterprise Architecture Project with US Forest Service (USFS). In this role I analyzed USFS National level business processes, created Conceptual Data Models (CDM) to look for data redundancies and operational inefficiencies, created an implementation plan to reach a To-Be State based on analysis of the enterprise geospatial databases. Worked with the USFS Geospatial Management Office (GMO) to create a data life-cycle plan using the Federal Geographic Data Commission (FGDC) model. Routinely presented to senior USFS leadership

Responsible for the conversion of installation GEOFidelis ArcSDE RDBMS Geospatial databases and data from GEOFidelis SDSFIE Data Model version 1 to version 3. I created training SOP for the SDSFIE data conversion process. I managed an ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE Geodatabase implementation and created cadastral maps at the installation level.

Supplying project geospatial expertise, I was a technical team member for a web-based precision agriculture application.

Responsible for the design, development and the implementation of the cartographic portion of the U.S. Energy Information Administration's (EIA) State Energy Profile Web Map redesign: States 3.0. Worked with leadership to create an implementation plan for the State Energy Profile Web Map redesign. I developed recommendations for purchase of software; reviewed, developed and implemented geospatial databases, reviewed, developed and implemented mapping standards.

Provided ESRI based GIS training

Managing a staff of 4 Afghan GIS professionals in support of the USAID mission, I was responsible for the management and delivery of DevResults, a web-based Monitoring and Evaluation dashboard, with a Google Earth map interface: Cartographic and geospatial database support for USAID projects in Afghanistan. I created an implementation plan for the DevResults project, delivered the project on time and within budget.

I managed a staff of 15 Afghan GIS professionals of the Afghanistan Information Data Center (AIDC) in support of the USAID mission. We were responsible for the cartographic, data and spatial analysis support for USAID infrastructure projects in Afghanistan with a record of on time delivery of all cartographic and data requests. I created Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for geospatial data collection, managed the database design, deployment and management of ArcGIS 10 ArcSDE with PostgreSQL and I was the Civilian and Military liaison between IRD, USAID and their Department of Defense (DOD) partners and Government of Afghanistan Ministries.

I was responsible for the management of the GIS and IT systems for the U. S. Department of States (DOS) Humanitarian Information Unit (HIU). Coordinated with our business partners and customers on software, geospatial data standards, training and best practices as they related to the collection of international humanitarian information. I provided technical leadership and training for geospatial analysis, image analysis and image processing, data conversion, and cartographic issues. Reviewed, developed and implemented geospatial databases as they related to the collection of international humanitarian information. Reviewed, developed and implemented mapping standards as they related to the collection of international humanitarian information. Installed and configured a variety of software applications including ArcGIS Desktop, Oracle, SQL Server, ArcSDE, ESRI, ERDAS Imagine, Arc2Earth, EarthWhere and Metacarta.

Successfully designed, installed, configured and managed multiple ArcSDE Geodatabases using Oracle 10.2.0 and SQL Server 2000 in the Windows Server and Linux environments. Designed and implemented ArcGIS Desktop projects, spatial analysis and training for US Army INSCOM and the US Army Topological Engineering Center in both CONUS and OCONUS environments. Refined density map techniques for IED events using ArcGIS Spatial Analyst. Embedded mentor for US Army Intelligence Analysis as a member of the Joint Iraq Operations Center-Integration (JIOC-I) deployment team. Supplied on-site ESRI ArcGIS training as a certified ESRI Authorized Training.

Implemented and managed the US Air National Guard (ANG) GeoBase program for the 12 bases in my region. This included data analysis, data conversion, data collection while insuring SDSFIE compliance and ANG staff training. Created, as the ESRI training subject matter expert, the GIS part of a 9 day, GIS, SDSFIE and GPS training program on time and under budget. Earned the Trimble GPS Authorized Trainer Certification for Survey and Mapping grade GPS.

Professionally delivered ESRI software training in a classroom environment for the following classes: ArcSDE Administration for SQL Server 2000, ArcSDE Administration for Oracle, Introduction to ArcSDE, Building the Geodatabase 1 and 2, Production Line Tool Set (PLTS), Introduction to ArcGIS 1 and 2, Introduction to ArcINFO Workstation, Advanced ArcView 3.x and Introduction to ArcView 3.x., Internal company expertise on ArcSDE and SQL Server 2000.

Responsible for GIS support on the FEMA Digital Map Modernization Program, regional watershed, and transportation projects and for local and regional watershed analysis and maps. Served on the FEMA Primary Contractors Database team to set standards for Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) prototype. Consultant, to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Systems Planning Office in Tallahassee, Florida.
