My tenure included attracting a $1.5 million, 10-year operating grant from the Raynier Foundation, as well as a $500,000 capital grant that allowed us to remodel our facility and expand from 27 to 45 beds nightly; replacing the founding Executive Director with a dynamic new ED; and significant expansion of the operating budget, including adding the agency's first dedicated staff position for fundraising.
