Computer technician, graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Fronteira Sul, my life goal is to help people through technology.I started my career as a furniture assembler, then I worked as a computer technician and served in the Brazilian Army as a radio operator.My first major goal in life was to complete a degree in technology and I did so in 2012, when I started the Computer Science course at the Federal University of Fronteira Sul. During my degree, I participated in the university's junior company as well. as well as research and development programs. Upon completing my degree, I had the opportunity to work as a teacher, teaching subjects in the area of technology such as programming logic, operating systems, electrical engineering, research and development, among others, which further enhanced my experiences.In 2019 I started my journey at Amplimed, where I witnessed the company's growth stages and with them I also had the opportunity to develop myself, by taking several courses. I worked as a customer support agent, as an implementation analyst in the Customer Success team and after that I accepted the challenge of managing the same team.Always seeking my personal and professional growth, developing my management skills and expanding my vision of the technology and business area, I reached the highly desired position where I work today, the role of Operations Director.
