About Geovani Soares
As a System Coordinator at ATECH – NEGÓCIOS EM TECNOLOGIAS S/A, I am responsible for coordinating the project integrated to the program's milestones, requirements, and needs, as well as the life cycle management, the activities of the internal technical team and third parties, and the planning and negotiation of the demands and priorities of the program. I have been working in this role since Dec 2021, after completing my MBA in Administration, Finance and Value Generation from PUCRS.Before joining ATECH, I worked as a Technical Product Manager for Private Label at KaBuM!, an e-commerce platform for technology products, where I was responsible for the development of own-brand products, product analysis, testing and certification, post-sale strategic plan, contract management, technology prospecting and cost management. In this role, I increased the SKUs, the profit margin per product, and the product quality. I also have more than two years of experience as a Technical Manager at Embraer, where I led the implementation of the military aircraft simulator in Brazil and participated in the development of the Commercial, Military and Executive Jets systems simulator. I have a strong background in system of systems engineering, agile project management, real-time data acquisition, and programming languages such as SysML, LabView, Python and C++. I also hold a certificate in Fundamentals of Mechatronics from ITA and three LinkedIn certifications in Advanced Scrum Techniques, Learning Jira Software, and Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning.My mission is to apply my skills and knowledge in engineering, management, and technology to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for the defense and aerospace sectors, as well as to contribute to the growth and development of the teams and organizations I work with.
