For 15 years, I worked in the high stress environment of live television news broadcasting at RTÉ & TG4 where I worked as a news cameraman, video editor and for 10 years a Technical Director and Studio Director. Over the past decade, the need to process underlying stress, early signs of burnout, and posing of big life questions took me on a journey of learning, self-discovery, and finding meaning and purpose. This journey has taken me to India numerous times, to work with Gurus and Masters in the Himalayas and great Teachers elsewhere around the World. To embody the journey of the discovery of Self is of upmost importance to me. This journey has shown me my purpose, to help others and have lasting positive impact in the world.
