Applications Quality Assurance Analyst learning software functions for medical practices. Working with project management and software developers to alter application function per departmental requests. Testing software changes within test environment and applying changes to production server when changes are solidified when all functional testing passes. I also provide support for application work flow such as finding temporary work arounds for bug issues within the software. Dedicated myself to a few years of networking skills as well, my first year was providing remote support then secondly was in office desktop/network support. Trouble shooting hardware issues such as work from home equipment like sophos firewall device, thin clients, mini computers, laptops, and additional peripherals. I also managed site specific technical support for medical practices. Completed networking projects like installing new WAP's and cross connecting hardwire connection from server room to designated procedure rooms. This role also required me to maintain accounts in active directory along with new hire account provisioning. These roles allowed me to diversify my portfolio in different aspects of information technology delving into network and software as a versatile member.
