This work involves utilising data, research and insight to help organisations understand their audience and broader cultural context to get to the root of their current business challenges and find a clear direction forward.I work collaboratively with account service, creative, media and senior clients leading the strategy development for branding, communications and commercial projects, and developing creative concepts across traditional and digital media. Further, I am responsible for all quant and qual research projects including focus group facilitation, data analysis and reporting.

I was the lead in developing communications strategy across traditional and digital media. I was also responsible for developing and optimising digital campaigns.I oversaw and project managed website development projects from strategy development through to design, development and reporting.

I worked predominantly on the Ford Australia account responsible for all large analytical projects. My role included developing strategies for vehicle launches and redeveloping Ford’s Owner and Prospect acquisition and retention programs.My role at Wunderman also included work across the agency’s digital clients including developing the CRM strategy for the relaunch of Coca-Cola’s online loyalty program Coke Unleashed.
