I have been in the computer industry for 22 years. I started my technology career in Silicon Valley, CA after graduating from Heald Technical College in 1999 with an Associate in Computer Science. My first computer job was Customer Support in 1999. I then worked at various UNIX/Linux System Administration positions throughout the years, as well as building out one of the largest AT&T data centers in the United States for 7 years. I bring a hard working attitude, and I don't hesitate to go above and beyond when necessary. I enjoy working on hardware and Linux equally. I have worked with both small and large multi-customer production environments for over a decade, and I have been performing Linux Administration including Solaris, Redhat, CentOS, and Ubuntu for 15 years. I have worked with Jira and Zendesk ticketing systems, and also specialized in server monitoring configuration and setup.I worked at the nations 3rd largest AT&T Datacenter for 7 years, building it out from 100 servers to over 3000 servers. I have been assembling, installing, diagnosing, and repairing X86 hardware for over a decade. I am familiar with all aspects of Datacenter operations, as well as rack designs, raised floor layouts, and power whip installations. Currently, I work with video streaming technologies such as RTSP, ONVIF, and WebRTC at a Video Management Software company. I work with Ubuntu every day. I also work with SQLite along with x86 hardware and RAID troubleshooting on a daily basis. In addition, I am a Hardware Assembly Supervisor , and I manage the technicians who assemble our hardware.
