I am a plant scientist by academics (Ph.D) and my major interests include entomology, diversity and applications of beneficial organisms integrated pest management, and sustainable agricultural and horticultural practices.My industry experience in NZ involves working with pollination and biocontrol agents, and integrated pest management to minimise the use of agrochemicals in Horticulture and Arable sector. I have also worked on selection and screening of high yield varieties of cereal crops under low phosphorus level in soil; bioremediation of heavy metal from polluted water using microbial biotechnology.Currently working as "Field Trial Team Leader" at AsureQuality. I love leading a team and making a difference to people's every day lives by brining more sense, logic and ease into reality. My idea of team leadership is to "work with people on the ground, respect their ideas and proudly acknowledge their contribution."
