My day to day responsibilites included managing George’s exclusive clients, and overseeing the work of the Marketing coaches that work for George. I gave White-hat SEO consultancy and advice on PPC campaigns to help international business owners with their traffic and conversions. As well as giving weekly Webinars that innovatively demonstrate Wordpress, PHP, PPC, SEO and social networking techniques to hundreds of Business owners all over the world.

My main responsibilities here were to remote access customers computers to diagnose and fix connection problems, and configure wireless connections to their router. I supported everything in the role, from Microsoft Office, to POP3 and IMAP mail account problems and even Anti-virus software issues. Towards the end of my time at Fujitsu, before I went to University to study. I was placed on an acting Senior internal line, and 1st Line Support Agents would call me for advanced fixes for ASDL or SMPF connection problems.

My position started as an entry level, part-time Sales Assistant and grew over time to include things such as Training. I discovered a new method for selling personal accounts within the store, and was asked to train staff and attend conference calls with Area managers to explain how to train the new method. At age 17 I was later offered an in-store Concessions Manager position.
