LinkedIn can be a shop window for individuals or companies, but if you can't have a little fun while window shopping, life would be very boring, right? So I hope you have a small chuckle if you read this, and maybe even get some insight into the type of person I am.LinkedIn suggests headings of "Experience" and "Goals", so here goes:Experience: Lots of trans-continental cycling experience (mountains, deserts). Now I have just become an experienced cycle mechanic and coach - for two manic cycling/racing sons and a stable of their bikes.Goals: I scored one against my young son in soccer, but he won 5-1. That's the way it is with dads.OK, to be less flippant I have consulted on, and invented in, just about every field you can think of over the past 30 years. Highlights included currency, beauty care, food, digital manufacturing, and healthcare.I started Innovia Technology in 1999 along with 3 (more serious) colleagues to mix technology and business with an understanding of people, brands and design. It has worked well - we now have over 80 (more serious and smarter) colleagues, working for the world's biggest brands on some amazingly challenging and rewarding business problems.
