The corrosion protection of parts using an oven and lacquer process, and finally painting the exterior of the product. I was in charge of coordinating and organizing production operators to achieve daily targets and production orders. I was expected to be able to understand every system and method being undertaken in the production area and use this knowledge productively and effectively. Float: A float is required to coordinate materials and train or audit operators under the control of the team leader or supervisor. Warehouse Stock Controller: My role was to continuously audit the physical stock and update the warehouse database. The company uses an Oracle based computer network database and I have been trained in the use of this system. PWB Solder Repair: Over the past few years I have worked many times as an in test repair operator. I am proficient in basic fault finding with a Multimeter and can solder both conventional and all types of surface mount technology including BGA Placement and X ray scanning of PWB’s. Show less
