Current* Working in Adnoc Distribution projects as onshore IT Support for ‘Fill & Go' system, which provides innovative technology AI-backed solution, smart cameras with better user fueling experience. We also do support on Tahaluf future products like VAUTO and other ANPR cameras. * Using top operating system Windows, Linux, Azure cloud and other vendors implementing the AI servers. * Designated to specific servers build task, installation of software, configuration for both hardware and software. If necessary I also do patching & upgrades for the operating systems off and onsite units. In addition I handle user management and maintenance. • Providing the best effective solutions for our clients Adnoc site issues.* Strict compliance on Customer Support standard and provide the services that we can offer as per Tahaluf and government standard..• Adhere Standard operating procedure, Service now manage incident, outages and proper triage to team. * Training for new team members.* Maintaining good client relations.
