• Syncrude Mildred Lake CTPRE Mine Tailings Project (with an estimated value of $70.0 Million CDN).• Supervision of 20-25 FTE engineering and support staff for the conceptual design, FEED and detail design of a Mine Tailings Recovery Project. • This multi-discipline project was carried out by multiple engineering offices using WebEx, conference calling and multi-media document transfer protocols. • Introduced the concept of a screening and crushing plant to process frozen gypsum

• Dawson Natural Gas Processing Plant (with estimated value of $200 Million CDN).• Supervision of the Worley Parsons 150-person engineering team in their Calgary Offices.• Involved in the engineering design, procurement and construction of a 100 mmscfd natural gas plant

• Fort Chippewa Isolated Power Plant ($50 Million CDN).• Supervision of the Jacobs Engineering Team with process, mechanical and structural engineers involved in the design and construction of a diesel-electric power station.

• Suncor Millennium New Naphtha Hydro-Treater Unit Project.• Pipe rack module construction in the Edmonton Module Yard.• Resolution of design issues with Suncor and Bantrel Suncor Millennium New Hydrogen Process Unit Project.• Pipe rack module construction in the Edmonton Module Yard.• Resolution of design issues with Suncor and Technip.

• South Wapiti Gas Plant Liquids Carryover Project, BP Canada Energy Company.• Responsible for the Process Studies, conceptual design, FEED Phase, to resolve a liquid carry over problem for the gas Inlet System. • Chinchaga Gas Plant Flare System Upgrade Project, BP Canada Energy Company.• Responsible for the conceptual design, FEED Phase, detail design, procurement, permitting and construction support for the up grading of a 108 MMSCFD flare system. • North Hotchkiss Pipe Line Replacement Project, BP Canada Energy Company.• Responsible for the detail design, procurement, permitting and construction of a NPS -7 and NPS 4-line pipe insertion to replace an existing NPS 8 and NPS 6 pipeline which failed in service

• Refinery Conversion Project, Petro-Canada, Edmonton, AB • Responsible for the discipline coordination and detailed design of process units and utility systems in the Revamp Areas • Work included reviewing P&ID development, reviewing piping design packages, reviewing equipment specifications, managing compressor studies, writing study reports, writing and reviewing construction work packages, resolving project scheduling issues, writing trends and reviewing man-hour estimates, resolving engineering inter-discipline issues, resolving operational and engineering issues with the client, managing 3D model reviews, managing HAZOP and Value Engineering reviews, resolving constructability issues.

• Duke Energy Gas Transmission / Duke Energy Midstream, Ft. St. John BC. • Managing the conceptual design, detail design, permitting and construction of gas plant and pipeline projects from $1.5 – 150 Million.

• Olitook Point Oilfield Project, Kerr-McGee – Anchorage, Alaska. • Managing the Design and Construction of Upstream Energy Projects, managed engineering for the FEED Phase of development.• The project included oil processing facilities, a drilling island and a subsea pipeline bundle.

• Apache Canada - Ladyfern BC & Midale Sask.• Managed the Design and Construction of Upstream Energy Projects, $15-20 Million Value.• Supporting Business Development activities for Upstream Energy Projects. • Managed the Design, Permitting and Construction of a NPS 16 CO2 pipeline from Estevan SK to Midale SK.

• Hawiyah NGL Recovery Plant, Saudi Aramco - Saudi Arabia. • Managed the Project Activities of Electrical, Communications, Instrumentation, Controls and Construction Personnel. • Involved in Value Engineering, Process Hazard Assessment Studies, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Constructability Planning. • Responsible for project interfaces with Document Control (JPI) and IT Group

• Alliance Lateral Pipeline System, Alliance Pipeline LLC, Calgary Alberta. • Responsible for the design/management of the Alliance Pipeline in NE BC and NW Alberta. NPS 16,20, 36,42 • Acted as a liaison between Alliance Pipelines and other producing companies. • Worked with Alliance to resolve the Aboriginal issues and manage the work of Aboriginal contractors. • Worked with regulatory bodies such as the NEB, BC Lands, BC Forestry, and BC Environment.

• Younger NGL Plant Rebuild Project, Taylor Gas Liquids LLC Taylor, BC. • Responsible for the field engineering component for the damage assessment, demolition, and rebuilding of a NGL plant. • Assisted the insurance adjuster to determine the cause and effect of a fire and explosion, which destroyed 25% of the plant
