Starting as a Senior Logistics Engineer and moving up to Principle Development Engineer my responsibilites included Lead Human Factors and MANPRINT Engineer, requiring the development of the Human Engineering Program Plan, Human Engineering Progress Reports, and Logistic/MANPRINT Design Appraisal, all which were delivered and accepted by the customer. As a Logistics Engineer my duties were to prepare technical documentation of hardware and software design and deliver to the customer, prepare Life Cycle Cost/Design-to-Cost analyses and Level of Repair Analyses and prepare and deliver the technical documentation to substantiate the analyses, and perform documentation and delivery of design data to the Government, including Reliability, Maintainability, Personnel, Training, Facilities requirements, and Repair/Spare parts data. All deliveries were accepted by the customer.

As Warranty Administrator for Advanced Programs was cost account manager for warranty funds, reviewed contract warranty clauses, and predicted warranty liabilities. As the lead logistics engineer on Cruise Missile coordinated efforts of 18 engineers, prepared source data for cost and technical proposals, developed maintenance plans, estimated cost impact of Contract Change Proposals and Engineering Change Proposals
