Worked to develop internal cost model analytics and processes for use across Johnson and Johnson MD&D. Developing cost models across the whole supply chain value stream (end to end). Johnson & Johnson uses these cost models to identify cost gaps, and as a benchmark analysis tool in order to identify cost improvement projects. Sourced Micros, ASIC and all other electrical components within the ECU’s. Total Annual Spend on components approximately $30M. Realized approximately $1M in saving for 2012 on Electrical Component Spend by data mining and global quoting. Managed Asian ECU Contract Manufacture for on time delivery and price down activities.
