My duties in this position were to sunset the CMMS product (Methos) that I had been managing the past 6 years and to transition into my new role with the company as a Conversion Engineer. This was primarily an analytical role to resolve outstanding issues and leave the client base in a good position to transition away from the product.The new Conversion Analyst role was to introduce myself to the new product (Legal Management System) that I would be working in moving forward. My tasks were support and programming to allow me to gain knowledge of the new system. The tools used in this role were SQL, CL, RPG, LANSA and Microsoft Excel.
