This is my current job, originally, I was hired on as a tier 1 customer service advisor. I was responsible for responding to phone calls and emails regarding 100’s of different products that are owned by major consumer brands. These contacts can range from complaints, praises, suggestions, or inquiries about the products or the brands themselves. Within a week of being out of training I was promoted to tier 2 which means I worked on the more difficult cases or irate contacts. I also worked on the knowledge base, which was the database that contained our responses to give to the consumers. After a brief period, I was offered an opportunity to work for the Employee Experience division. With that department I helped manage budgets for the different lines of businesses throughout the building and create reward systems that worked within those budgets. I had to leave my internship early due to being offered to work as a team leader, where I currently am working on improving my team of 15 agents. I answer questions frequently, report interactions between operations staff, and communicate with the client directly.

My latest employment as a Midnight Shift worker in one of the busiest chick fil a in Florida. I currently have received training as a breader (breads the chicken as wells as cooks it in the fryers) dishes, primary (which makes the food before its bagged), secondary (assists the primary worker), and fries. Since I work midnight shift the entire kitchen crew has the added task of cleaning the entire kitchen every night and also stocking the kitchen when the truck comes three times a week.
