Some highlights were: - Transitioned the site from mini-computer based applications to a fiber-optic based campus LAN - Implemented applications and technologies supporting maintenance, Engineering, and operations- Designed and implemented a FileNet Panagon based imaging solution for records management and Design Basis reconstruction- Authored numerous applications for inquiry and reporting of equipment details, capacities, limits and maintenance intervals- Led a management team which re-engineered the overall plant maintenance processes and groups by skills into multidisciplinary teams with weekly rotating managers. Replaced legacy mainframe maintenance application with new client server technology. This resulted in a reduced MTBF, reduced lost time accidents, better safety, and overall plant rating by the NRC.

Principle Consultant appointed to lead a multivendor team of hardware and software professionals to integrate a nuclear plant SCADA plant computer system. This system was the most advanced system of its day, using lessons learned from TMI and allowed the control room to eliminate meters, and gauges in lieu of electronic readouts and displays that provided systemic health and led to operational effectiveness safety. After successfully integrated this $20M computer complex as a prerequisite for commercial license, I remained through two operational fuel cycles to rewrite a critical software suite for the Emergency Response Facility (ERF).
