Launched new products via the 55+ supplier base and bought $150M of materials for production at 7 sites.- Developed vision and executed sourcing strategy to close technology gaps and support new product development for overall business. Partnered with strategic vendors to mitigate supply risk, while reducing total SKU count by 75% for all North American locations.- Delivered $8.2M (5.5%) in direct material cost savings in year 1 and $13.5M (9%) in year 2 as a result of supplier negotiations and VA/VE activities.- Contributed 19% ($342K) of Eaton’s Sourcing integration synergy cost savings and 24% ($1.5M) of cash discounts contributed by Eaton’s lighting division in year 1.- Deployed and executed plan to phase in low cost LED power supply, enabling a successful sale of 75,000 finished goods and $325K in cost savings for the Architectural Products segment.

Developed/deployed multiple make vs. buy decisions expanding global supply footprint in North America, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.- Initially tasked in 2008 to turn around troubled Healthcare supply segment (w/ $40M P&L). Performance results achieved within 1st year led to expansion of responsibilities for direct material spend and Global Supply OpEx, ultimately accountable for 3 business segments (w/ $270M P&L).
