I coordinate a comprehensive Surface Force Unit Level Training program for 18 Forward Deployed U.S. Naval Ships (FDNF). I direct the efforts of 150 trainers in 23 warfare areas, by using a complex formula matching trainer availability, ship's schedules, travel requirements, fiscal constraints and other factors to develop a schedule that achieves the required levels of performance as set forth in the Surface Force Training Manual. I performs complex negotiations with Senior Staff Officers on all 18 ships, CTF 70, ESG-7 (formally COMPHIBGRU-1), COMLOGWESTPAC and COMDESRON FIFTEEN staffs, 4 other Afloat Training Group commands, Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific and other appropriate commands to accomplish training requirements. I am responsible and accountable to the Commanding Officer, ATGWP CAPT/O6, for reporting and advising on all issues related to the scheduling and accomplishment of shipboard training, specifically certification events to include, Cruise Missile Tactical Certification; training events. Master Scheduling Program Manager (MSP). Track Unit Level Training accomplishment in support on Navy Mission Essential Task lists (NMETL) for Fleet Commander Situational Awareness.

Using consummate Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) knowledge personally researched technologies and systems to maximize equipment layout for integration and accessibility.
