I have several year of construction experience including almost three years working in new home construction. My job duties included everything from sweeping out homes too daily walks checking the site OSHA best practices and safety standards and equipment where in place. We used task management and scheduling software, to help us keep homes on schedule. This was mostly Palm Pilot based. I worked daily with our contractors, and weekly with city officials and inspectors, to accomplish this goal. I work with a team over several neighborhoods in Minnesota, to build close to a 1000 homes.

I also have several years of retail management. I have held multiple roles, in several states, for companies like Structure, Pac-Sun, The Gap, Nordstrom, Footlocker and more. And have training and experience, in all duties required of those positions. Such as, communicating daily goals, working within a budget, scheduling coverage, employee training, Inventory management, customer service and more. I served in the Army from 1995-1998.
