Currently I am an Associate Partner at #1nspiring, an ESO that develops business tools some including AI web based tools, through their sister company Castomai, where I am also a Business Development Associate. These companies help business founders, entrepreneurs and small-to-medium sized enterprises with their business development activities on a global scale. I am also a mentor at Ardent Mentoring through a company I started in 2019 called Gerald Gith Energy. I have partnered with mentorship organizations and ESOs, mainly working to equip entrepreneurs with business skills in their social enterprises. I have advised in a variety of industries from agribusiness startups, a mobile solar freezer developer, a healthcare tech company and currently a soap business based in Mongolia under the Asian Leadership Development Network. I have engaged in one-on-one consultations/mentorships with the CEOs of these enterprises and offered advice on their scaling strategy, business models, business & marketing plans, growth strategies and investor/partnership interaction.My work experience includes more than 5 years of business development and marketing experience in both large corporate organizations and start-up companies in East and Southern Africa.
